About Bruce
Bruce Abrahamse — DJ Bruce — is a stalwart of the South African psytrance and Goa trance scene, shaping dancefloors since the mid-1990s. He's closely tied to Blacklite Records and festival organisers like Organik, and known for deep, intelligent track selection that reads a dancefloor's energy rather than sticking to a rigid set.
His archival sets are still in circulation today, including a classic Goa Mixtape from 1997 — a preserved slice of the genre's golden era, still up on Mixcloud.
Bruce played Kromrivier Farm, 18–20 September 2026.
