Karen Justine is an intuitive facilitator working at the intersection of somatic movement, breathwork and sound. For over a decade, she has guided individuals, festival communities, corporate teams and underserved communities through embodied experiences of healing, self-discovery and transformation.
Inspired by her own healing journey through breath and movement during a period of physical adversity, Karen brings both compassion and lived experience to every space she holds. Her approach is open, inclusive and deeply holistic grounded in one simple belief: music is medicine.
