Brooding, bloodthirsty and minimal — Sledge (Jeff Morrell) plays techno built on thunderous basslines, provocative vocals and off-beat glitches. As he puts it, the music is where the beat isn't.
The sound comes from an unlikely mix: classical piano training colliding with a love of heavy metal. Sledge records for Techgnosis Records.
