About Atma
Atma has been serving vegan and vegetarian meals at festivals and events around South Africa for close on 20 years. The stall is run and owned by husband-and-wife team Rupa and Shyama, who have both been immersed in vegetarian and yoga culture for most of their lives.
On the menu: healthy, wholesome vegan and vegetarian food — vegetable curries, basmati rice, dhal, roti, samosas, spring rolls and toasted sandwiches, plus freshly made raw juice and smoothies, and traditional sweets like burfi and their famous chickpea fudge.
Atma also roasts its own micro-batch, air-roasted coffee beans, with the full range of barista coffees on offer — cappuccino, latte and more.
