These terms apply to the Earthdance Cape Town website and related digital touchpoints operated by Soulstream Festivals Pty. Ltd.
By using this website, submitting a form, joining a list, or contacting us through the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Tickets, payments and some marketing run outside this site
- Tickets and related payments may be processed through Quicket and, where applicable, other third-party platforms we appoint from time to time.
- Those platforms have their own terms, privacy notices, payment rules, refund processes, and security measures. Their terms apply in addition to ours.
- We may also use third-party agencies or service providers to manage campaigns, audience communication, CRM activity, and related marketing work on our behalf.
- If venue partners require attendee or campaign information for agreed operational or marketing purposes, we may share that information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you
- Use the site lawfully and do not misuse forms, interfere with the site, or submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
- Make sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date, especially where it affects tickets, bookings, access, or event operations.
- Understand that event information may change. Dates, line-ups, accommodation details, schedules, and operational details can be updated as plans develop.
- Check the relevant ticketing platform for the final terms attached to ticket purchase, payment plans, cancellation rules, and refunds.
Marketing, photography and public-facing event content
Marketing
If you opt in, enquire with us, buy a ticket through a third-party platform, or otherwise engage with Earthdance, we may send event and marketing communications in line with POPIA and applicable platform rules. You can opt out of direct marketing.
Photography and video
Earthdance events may be photographed or filmed for documentary, promotional, archival, and community storytelling purposes. Where practical, we try to use imagery respectfully and in context.
User submissions
When you submit copy, images, or information to us through a form or by email, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that we may use it to assess, organise, and communicate about the event.
Tracking tools
We may use cookies, analytics, pixels, and similar technologies on this site or campaign pages to understand performance and improve marketing. Any such use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
This site is a live information surface, not a perfect one
