Why Volunteer

Build it, don't just attend it

Volunteering at Earthdance is a way to participate in building the event, not just attending it.

Some people come to support the practical work. Some want to contribute their energy, skill or care. Some want to be part of the crew that helps hold the space together.

All of that matters.

Getting the site ready in the days before gates open.

Decor & site dressing

Making the farm feel like Earthdance.

Gate & arrivals

Welcoming people well and getting them in smoothly.

Holding the human side of the gathering across the weekend.

Leaving the farm the way we found it — or better.

General operational support

The unglamorous work that makes everything else possible.

Attitude counts as much as experience

We are looking for people who are:

willing to work as part of a team
aligned with the spirit of the event

Previous festival experience can help, but it is not the only thing that matters. Good attitude, commitment and follow-through matter just as much.
