Volunteer with Earthdance
Earthdance is built by people. If you want to help shape the gathering from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
Build it, don't just attend it
Volunteering at Earthdance is a way to participate in building the event, not just attending it.
Some people come to support the practical work. Some want to contribute their energy, skill or care. Some want to be part of the crew that helps hold the space together.
All of that matters.

Attitude counts as much as experience
We are looking for people who are:
- reliable
- communicative
- practical
- respectful
- willing to work as part of a team
- aligned with the spirit of the event
Previous festival experience can help, but it is not the only thing that matters. Good attitude, commitment and follow-through matter just as much.
A real commitment
Volunteering is a real commitment. Depending on the role, you may be asked to support:
- before the event
- during the event
- after the event
Workload, timing and exchange details will depend on the role and the phase of planning.
